Overview

Allstate’s High Performance Soccer Clinics, hosted across Canada by members of the Women’s National Soccer Team, provided young girls the opportunity to train with professional female soccer players. To manage the large number of participants efficiently, Allstate needed a digital solution for event registration, participant check-in, and lead generation. The goal was to streamline operations, enhance the attendee experience, and capture key consumer insights for future engagement.

Objective

  • Implement a seamless digital registration and check-in process.

  • Capture and manage participant information, including legal waivers.

  • Provide a branded and engaging onsite experience with interactive features.

  • Generate leads and actionable insights for Allstate’s marketing initiatives.

Solution

Working alongside the Limelight Platform Customer Success team, a fully integrated experience was developed, including:

  • Registration & Contest Website – A user-friendly registration platform captured participant details, provided event information, and connected to a contest site for additional engagement opportunities.

  • Onsite Check-in Application – A digital guest list preloaded with participant data enabled quick check-in. The application also included a digital waiver and photo ID capture to ensure legal and safety compliance.

  • Branded Photo Feature – Participants could take a picture with their favorite Women’s National Soccer player using a branded photo feature.

  • Triggered Email Communications – Once a participant’s photo was captured, an automated personalized email was sent, allowing for easy social media sharing and further brand exposure.

Results

  • Reduced Onsite Registration Wait Time – The digitized check-in process allowed for a faster and more efficient event experience.

  • Legal Compliance & Data Security – Digital waivers and photo ID capture ensured that all legal and safety requirements were met.
