  • Custom web and email template design working with Granville Island Brewing Headquarters 
  • Creation and editing all digital assets used in websites, onsite application and triggered email communications

Challenge:  

Granville Island Brewing is a Vancouver based craft brewery that ships nationally and competes with the marketing budgets of global multinational breweries. New technologies are enabling craft breweries to compete with the largest marketing budgets by using platform technologies to create the one-to-one live experiences they built their brand on.  

Solution:

Using the Limelight Platform gave Granville a digital experience to gain valuable business insight into their consumers likes, demographics and advocacy.  The campaign included a custom template developed to be used within the Limelight Platform interface, onsite photo feature, data capture, and branded, triggered email communications.

Granville brand ambassadors logged into the app across the country to check-in and engage guests with personalized contextual messaging.  Real time event metrics and consumer insights allowed Granville to optimize engagements onsite for better results.  Granville was able to track all CSR interactions with customers across Canada and monitor all data from the comfort of their main headquarters on Granville Island in Vancouver.
