Overview:
Granville Island Brewing, a Vancouver-based craft brewery, competes nationally against global multinational breweries with significantly larger marketing budgets. By leveraging emerging platform technologies, craft breweries like Granville Island Brewing can create personalized, one-to-one live experiences that strengthen their brand and enhance customer engagement. To remain competitive, the brewery sought a digital solution that would provide real-time consumer insights, optimize onsite engagements, and enable centralized data management.
Objective:
To design and implement a scalable, data-driven digital experience that allows Granville Island Brewing to enhance consumer engagement, collect actionable insights, and improve brand advocacy.
